Solid kiln-dried VG Douglas Fir (with other species available upon request)
Through mortise and tenon joinery, (called for by Heritage Consultants), which
surpasses any other joinery technique or performance
Solid wood jambs, free from inserts, metal tracks, or vinyl liners
Concealed counterbalance systems using historically accurate pulleys, weights,
ropes/chains, or spiral balances
Solid Douglas Fir one-piece sills with an authentic historical second sill

Restoration options for jambs and sashes, including either restored sash or new
thermally efficient sash in restored jambs
Upper double hung sashes with historically accurate horns to match the original
construction profile
Institutional storm windows with options for single glazing or thermal glazing for
both interior and exterior
A proven process that includes an assigned Project Coordinator to ensure
accurate and accountable project management throughout your project.
